Yes, all services are confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Information will not be shared without your written consent, except in cases of danger to self or others, or as otherwise required by law.
As with any medication, there is a potential risk of reaction. We closely monitor all patients for any signs of reaction during their treatment, as well as during the required observation period. Our clinicians have the required training to address emergencies. You will be educated on the typical post-treatment signs and symptoms to be aware of, so that you know how to alert your clinical team if you experience anything outside of what may be typical.

Yes. All patients need a physician referral to receive treatment at Sage Elevate. We can assist with reaching out to your provider’s office to obtain an order and supporting clinical documentation including labs or required testing. Our qualified team of clinicians can work directly with your provider’s office for all additional documentation and testing if needed.
Our rooms are semi-private. At Sage Elevate, we understand the need for discretion and have accommodated our clinic to include sound proofing and partition walls in a serene, peaceful environment.
We offer amenities such as ipads with noise canceling headphones, high-speed WiFi, free snacks and coffee, blankets/eye coverings, white noise and leather recliners.
Yes! We have a dedicated Caregiver space and your family member or caregiver is welcome to accompany you during your scheduled appointment.

We accept all insurances (except Medicaid) for patients being treated with Sage Elevate.
