Zyprexa Relprevv (Olanszapine Pamoate) treats schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

It works by balancing the levels of dopamine and serotonin in your brain, substances that help regulate mood, behaviors, and thoughts. This long-lasting medication helps treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder by keeping symptoms under control between doses.

Administration Information

It’s given as an injection and may require an observation after administration. Given every 2 to 4 weeks by deep intramuscular gluteal injection. The patient needs to be monitored for 3 hours.
